1. Acceptance
By playing VOIDLINE you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
2. The service
VOIDLINE is a casual tic-tac-toe game with online modes (casual / ranked), a ranking, and a clock on every move. Features can change in updates.
3. Accounts and fair play
- You pick your nickname and profile at your own responsibility. Keep it free of offensive, illegal, or infringing material.
- Cheating, bots, bug exploits, harassment, spam, deliberately ruining matches, and bypassing anti-abuse systems are not allowed.
- We may suspend or block access when these rules are broken. We do not owe a refund for that, except where consumer law or Google Play policy says otherwise.
4. Intellectual property
The VOIDLINE name, kinetic-glass art, icons, UI, code, and other content belong to nextgencode / Mateo or their licensors. Do not copy them, reverse engineer them beyond what the law allows, or use the assets outside the game without permission.
5. Purchases and ads
Optional in-app purchases and ads, if a build includes them, follow Google Play’s terms. Refunds follow Google’s policy and the law that applies to you.
6. No warranty
The game is provided “as is”. We work to keep it up, but we do not promise uninterrupted play, error-free matches, or that matchmaking will always be available.
7. Liability
As far as the law allows, nextgencode is not liable for indirect loss, or for rank, progress, or data lost because a network, a device, or a third party failed. This does not limit consumer rights that cannot be waived.
8. Law and changes
We may update these Terms. The date at the top is the current version. Anything these Terms do not cover follows the law that applies to the developer, without cutting into mandatory consumer protections where you live (including Poland and the EU).
