1. Who we are
VOIDLINE (Voidline Tic Tac Toe Duel) is a casual multiplayer tic-tac-toe game for Android by nextgencode (Mateo). This Policy explains what data we may process when you use the game and related online services.
2. What data we collect
Depending on the features you use, we may process:
- Account / player profile: nickname, optional avatar, in-game account identifiers.
- Online match & matchmaking: session/match IDs, results, ranking, mode (casual / ranked), move timing.
- Device & diagnostics: device model, Android version, language, approximate location (country/region via IP or Play Services), crash and performance logs — for stability.
- Ads & IAP (if enabled): future or MVP builds may include ads and in-app purchases. Then Play Billing transaction tokens and advertising IDs may be processed per device settings and Google Play.
- Communications: content you send to our contact address (e.g. bug reports).
We do not require national ID numbers, full legal name, or payment card data stored by us directly — payments are handled by Google Play.
3. Purposes
We use data to:
- enable online play, ranking, and matchmaking;
- maintain, secure, and improve the game (crash reporting, aggregated analytics);
- enforce fair play and prevent abuse;
- (optionally) show ads or fulfill IAP;
- respond to user requests.
Legal bases (GDPR where applicable): contract / service performance, legitimate interests (security, product improvement), consent when required (e.g. certain ad consents).
4. Third parties
We may use:
- Google Play / Google Play Services (distribution, updates, optional sign-in, billing, advertising ID);
- analytics and crash reporting tools (e.g. Google ecosystem / other providers — the list may change; see Play listing or nextgencode.dev);
- hosting for policy / landing pages related to nextgencode.dev.
Providers process data under their own policies and DPAs, only as needed to provide the service.
5. Children
The game is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. Parents who believe a child provided data should contact ngencode.dev@gmail.com. The Play content-rating questionnaire will reflect a casual/puzzle game without violence.
6. Retention & security
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above (e.g. account/ranking while the account is active; diagnostic logs usually shorter on rotation). We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures; no internet transmission is 100% risk-free.
7. Your rights
Depending on jurisdiction (including GDPR/EEA) you may have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and complaint to a supervisory authority (in Poland: UODO). Contact ngencode.dev@gmail.com.
To ask for deletion of the whole account without installing the game: delete your VOIDLINE account.
8. International transfers
Data may be processed on servers outside your country (including EU/US cloud / Google providers) with safeguards required by law.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy. The “Last updated” date always reflects the current version. Material changes will be noted in-game, on Play, or on nextgencode.dev.
