VOIDLINE (Voidline Tic Tac Toe Duel) is an Android game. Developer: nextgencode. Use this page to ask for deletion of the whole account and the player data listed below. You do not need to install or open the game.

This page covers deleting the whole account. There is no option to delete only some of the data.
How to request deletion

Send a request
Write to ngencode.dev@gmail.com. The form below builds the message and opens it in the mail app on your device. This page does not send the form to a server and does not store what you type.
The VOIDLINE site also links to the community Discord (discord.gg/aK7nnxwTYN) for bugs and feedback. Discord does not delete the game account. Send the deletion request by email.

The account email, or a confirmation
The request should come from the email address linked to the account. In the message, also include your in-game nickname and, if you have it, your in-game account identifier. We may ask you to confirm before anything is deleted.

We delete after the request is processed
The account data listed below is deleted after the request is processed. We do not state a number of days. Some data may be kept only where the law requires it.
Request form
What is deleted
The whole account — the player data named in the privacy policy:
- nickname,
- optional avatar,
- in-game account identifiers,
- online match data tied to the account: session and match identifiers, results, ranking, mode (casual or ranked), and move timing.
What may be kept
- Data the law tells us not to delete. We do not state a period in advance. The privacy policy does not give a number of days for that.
- Diagnostic logs described in the privacy policy: device model, Android version, language, approximate country or region, and crash and performance logs. The policy says these are usually kept for a shorter time, on a rotation. It does not give a number of days, and it does not tie their deletion to the moment the account is deleted.
Payments
We do not store payment card data. The privacy policy says payments are handled by Google Play.
